The central base camp will be Hotel de Ruwenberg, Ruwenbergstraat 7, 5271 AG Sint Michielsgestel.
This luxury hotel, featuring up to 190 rooms, is located close to the historic city of ‘s-Hertogenbosch. It offers attractive rooms and a large car park, all situated in a peaceful setting. In fine weather, guests can enjoy a drink in the surrounding garden.
Additional facilities include a swimming pool, a gym, and a sauna.
Pets are not permitted in the hotel.
The hotel caters to various dietary requirements, offering gluten-free, diabetic, halal, kosher, salt-free, and vegetarian options. These are indicated at the buffets but can also be specified at the time of booking. Bedding preferences—twin beds (two single beds) or a double bed—can also be indicated during booking.
It is also possible to extend your stay to include the day following the ESM weekend. Accommodation for the Sunday-to-Monday night can be arranged via the ESM booking process. The hotel is fully booked for the Thursday night; however, the organizers have arranged alternative accommodation nearby (at De Den, ‘s-Hertogenbosch) for that night.
