With the form below you can register for the waiting list For the European Stag Meeting 2027. Make your choices and the total price is calculated immediately. After entering the data of the team, the registration can be sent. You will receive a confirmation and a provisional booking number.
The expectation is that a (substantial) part of this waiting list will still find a place. Because not every registration is a definitive booking: only after the first payment has been made is a place reserved!
Places can be released because:
- A number of places reserved for groups on 15 -9-2026 will be released
- Applications for which no first payment has yet been received on 15 = 10-2026 will be released.
- And probably a number of “last minutes” cancellations will come.
As soon as a place becomes available, the first on the waiting list will be contacted via the email address specified at the time of booking. Note: in that case there is one week The time to confirm the booking – including making a deposit. The booking number already obtained can be used. Failure to respond automatically means that the place waiting list will be canceled and the next one on the waiting list will be notified.
