Payment terms
By agreeing to these conditions you give permission to Stag Club Nederland to collect the remaining costs for participation in the event after the first deposit by direct debit.
- After registration, a deposit must be made before October 15, 2026. The details are in the confirmation email and on the downloadable invoice.
- The registration is only formal after receipt of this payment.
- The remaining amount will be collected Rons on 15 February 2027 by direct debit.
- You are responsible for sufficient balance on the specified account at the time of collection.
- If a collection cannot be carried out, STag Club Nederland reserves the right to cancel the registration unilaterally or to charge additional administration costs.
- In the event of a cancellation, only part of the collected amount can be returned because usually costs have already been incurred. The amount of the amount to be recovered is determined in detail. Stag Club Nederland will enable everything to make that amount as large as possible.
