In the first 2 weeks that it is possible to book for ESM 2027, 30 bookings have already been received. That is a good start to reach the minimum number of 60. That number must be achieved before October 1 for the European Stag Meeting 2027 to continue (financially) justified.
For the doubters: book quickly. The optional overnight hotel stay on Thursday -> Friday is no longer available! This is completely booked. There is still room for the night from Sunday to Monday. Incidentally, there are several options to spend the night in the area. The organization requests something to do for this. If that doesn’t work, please contact us! And riding on Friday is still possible: with a start time of 11 hours it is quite possible to travel from a different place of residence.
190 rooms already full 9 months in advance – but only 30 bookings – there must be something huge going on – will the hotel be full with another event?
Do you have any recommendations for alternative hotels which will accommodate groups of classic cars near the event?

The hotel has 198 rooms, and for the ESM basic programme (friday and saterday night) they are almost all dedicated to us. No worries there 🙂 For the optional Thursday night they originally informed us “no capacity problem” but last week this suddenly changed. We are in the process of finding solutions. We will keep you informed!
