With the ESM 2027 there is a maximum of 120 teams: that is the maximum capacity of the organization. In the first month in which it was possible to register, things went very quickly. The minimum requirement of 60 was reached after just a few weeks.
The maximum number of registrations is now reached. Therefore, the registration changes to the registry waiting list. The expectation is that a (essential) part of this waiting list will still find a place. Because not every registration is a final booking: a place is only reserved after the payment has been made!
Places can be released because:
- A number of reserved seats will be released on 15-9 -2026
- through registrations for which no initial payment was received on 15-10-2026.
- by last minute cancellations.
When placed on the waiting list, you will be contacted as soon as a seat becomes available. In this case, there is a week to confirm the booking – including deposit. No answer automatically means that the local waiting list is canceled.

I will pay the deposit via an international transfer, this should be ok.
The problem i have is that my English bank does not permit an international Direct Debit.
How can I pay the balance in February will it be possible to do another bank transfer before that date.

At the moment, there is indeed no other option for this type of payment than to ask the participant to make another transfer. We will get in touch with more information when the time comes!
