The availability of the accommodation at De Ruwenberg before May 27, the day before the main event of ESM2027 appears to be limited. For the ESM itself (Friday, Saturday) and for the night of Sunday -> Monday is there none Problem!
As an organizing committee, we feel responsible for arranging a place of residence for this day. If participants have to spend the night elsewhere for this specific night, this will take place in Hotel De Den in the center of Den Bosch; There are currently enough rooms available.
We are currently investigating the options for safe parking at the Ruwenberg and a shuttle service to and from the Den. The prices will also be comparable. Finally, we make agreements with De Ruwenberg to ensure that each room that becomes later released is assigned to ESM2027, giving priority to those who have already made a booking before today.
For bookings, we highly recommend booking the hotel for Thursday via the booking page; This facilitates the process of possibly changing hotels (from the pine to the Ruwenberg) should more rooms become available.
